Among different types of outdoor sports, cricket and football are very popular. Nowadays these have become very popular with the young generations all over the world. Most of the sports require quick movement of the limbs. This helps blood-circulation and makes the body strong and healthy. Sports have certain rules that the participants have to abide by. Thus through games and sports people learn discipline that is very essential for practical life. So, sports are very beneficial in different ways. Different people like different sports. I like football best. Cricket seems to me lengthy and time-killing though it is interesting.
