Sir,
We have the honour to state that ours is one of the best school in the district. About two thousand students study in this school. We are lucky that we have a common room where we pass our leisure period. But sorry to say that the facilities here are poor. We have no newspapers andno materials for playing indoor games.
We therefore, hope that your honour would take necessary steps to increase the common room facilities as soon as possible.
