My dear Nusrat ,
Your letter of the 5th instant in to hand. In your letter you wrote about communicative English. In the letter you have asked me to write about the advantages of it. Now I am writing about it.
Communicative English in a newly introduced English learning method through which one can communicate with other easily. Actually it is the purpose of any language. The method has some advantages. In the communicative method at dents understanding power can be tasted more then the previous method. When a student fails to understand seen or unseen comprehension, he will be unable to answer the question that follow. A student has to fill in the gaps of cloze test from his understanding taking word from his vocabulary. In the previous course we got the letters and applications by heart. But in communicative English their situations are not common. While writing we have to add something. It increases our creative power. It encourages us to write free hand. In true sense it is the ultimate goal of any language learning. So the importance of communicative English can never be denied.

প্রিয় নুসরত,
তোমার ৫ম চিঠিটি হাতে পেয়েছি। তোমার চিঠিতে তুমি কমিউনিকেটিভ ইংলিশ সম্পর্কে লিখেছ। চিঠিতে তুমি আমাকে এর সুবিধাগুলি সম্পর্কে লিখতে বলেছ। এখন আমি সেই সম্পর্কে লিখছি।
কমিউনিকেটিভ ইংলিশ একটি নতুন ইংরেজি শেখার পদ্ধতি যার মাধ্যমে একজন সহজেই অন্যের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে। আসলে এটিই যে কোনও ভাষার উদ্দেশ্য। পদ্ধতিটির কিছু সুবিধা রয়েছে। কমিউনিকেটিভ ইংলিশ পদ্ধতিতে বোঝার শক্তিকে আগের পদ্ধতির চেয়ে বেশি সহজ করেছে। যখন কোনও শিক্ষার্থী সিন বা আনসিন কম্প্রিহেনশন বুঝতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তখন সে পরবর্তী প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে অক্ষম হয়। একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে তার শব্দভাণ্ডার থেকে শব্দ গ্রহণ করে শূন্যস্থান পূরণ করতে হয়। পূর্ববর্তী কোর্সে আমরা চিঠিগুলি এবং আবেদনপত্র হৃদয়াঙ্গম করেছি। তবে কমিউনিকেটিভ ইংলিশ পরিস্থিতি কমন নয়। লেখার সময় আমাদের কিছু যুক্ত করতে হবে। এটি আমাদের সৃজনশীল শক্তি বাড়ায়। এটি আমাদের মুক্তহস্তে লেখার জন্য উত্সাহ দেয়। সত্যিকার অর্থে এটি যে কোনও ভাষা শিক্ষার চূড়ান্ত লক্ষ্য। সুতরাং কমিউনিকেটিভ ইংলিশের গুরুত্ব কখনই অস্বীকার করা যায় না।
আজ আর নয়। আমাদের পরবর্তি সভায় আবার দেখা হবে। তোমার পিতামাতার প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা এবং তোমাকে এবং সকলের প্রতি ভালবাসা রইল । উত্তরে তোমার কাছ থেকে কয়েকটি লাইন আশা করছি।
